🔁 Exchange Policy (Size Issues)

We offer a 7-day size exchange from the date of delivery.

  • Exchanges are applicable only for size issues
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability
  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order

❌ Returns Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds except in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof via email.

📦 Return & Exchange Process (IMPORTANT)

Due to multiple issues with reverse pickups such as shipment losses and delays, we do not offer reverse pickup service.

👉 We request all customers to self-ship the product to our address mentioned below.

For a smooth and cost-effective experience:

  • We recommend shipping via India Post Speed Post, as it is reliable and economical
  • Kindly pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit
  • Clearly mention your Order ID and required size inside the parcel
  • Products without proper details may face delays in processing
  • Once we receive the parcel at our warehouse, we will promptly dispatch the new one to you.

🚫 Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale or discount
  • Limited edition / customized products
  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to us)

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for damaged or incorrect products
  • Processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Prepaid Orders → refunded to original payment method
  • COD Orders → refunded via Bank Transfer / UPI

📏 Sizing Note

Our oversized and acid wash fits are intentionally designed for a relaxed look.
We strongly recommend checking the size chart before placing your order.
