    What is the delivery time period?

    Orders within India are delivered within 7 – 8 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

    Customers can exchange their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. 

    Returns & Exchanges

    1. Kindly courier the parcel at below address and share the courier receipt with us via WhatsApp on 9321435445.
    2. Do not remove the tags and label.
    3. Mentioned the Order number and Size which you want.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exchanges

    For exchanges, You would be allowed only to order an item with equivalent price or higher price and the new items will be shipped to you after receiving any applicable additional payments.

    What are the terms and conditions for refund?

    We do refunds only in genuine case of delivery of defective products and on no other grounds. In the case of delivery of defective products, You have to send an email to our customer support executives at info@atarangee.in along with the details of the order, issue , photographs of the defective product.  In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due any of your actions or omissions, then ATARANGEE will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you. However, you may still opt for exchange. All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you had processed the payment.

    I haven’t received my product within expected time. What should I do?
