What is the Shipping method of Atarangee?

What is the delivery time period?
Orders within India are delivered within 7 - 10 working days, and International orders are delivered in 10 to 15 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.
Do you apply any shipping charges?
Within India, Atarangee provides Free Shipping for Prepaid orders above Rs 300. There will be a shipping charge of Rs.50 on all orders of Rs. 300 or below. COD services are chargeable. For shipping charges anywhere outside India please contact us on email@example.com

Returns & Exchanges
- Customers can send a replacement request within 5 days of the order delivery.
- We do not charge for replacement.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- In case of reverse pick up, the availability of reverse pick up on the given pin code will be checked.
- The reverse pick up will be done within next 5 working days. You will receive a Shipment Label of which you need to take 2 printouts. Out of 2, 1 label you will have to stick on the package upon packing the Product in a secure packaging. Get 1 label signed by the pickup person and keep it with you for your records and hand over the package.
- Please Note: The customer won’t be charged at the time of Pick Up. Please do not pay even if asked by pick up person and reject to handover the package.
- Once we have received the items in the expected condition, We will ship the replacement package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For exchanges, You would be allowed only to order an item with equivalent price or higher price and the new items will be shipped to you after receiving any applicable additional payments.
What are the terms and conditions for refund?
We do refunds only in genuine case of delivery of defective products and on no other grounds. In the case of delivery of defective products, You have to send an email to our customer support executives at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the details of the order, issue , photographs of the defective product. In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due any of your actions or omissions, then ATARANGEE will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you. However, you may still opt for exchange. All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you had processed the payment.
I haven't received my product within expected time. What should I do?
We update our customers through emails once we ship the product.
